The Long Island Scottish Clan MacDuff doing business as: Long Island Scottish Festival and Games Corporation is a corporation organized for educational and charitable purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue Code such purposes being: To organize, promote and present events to educate
the general public about Scottish music, literature, art, religion, traditions, customs, heritage and
culture and to preserve and foster the same. To give educational talks to the public and private
organizations regarding Scottish history and culture and to participate in related ethnic festivals.
