Applicants must be accepted to study at an accredited college, university, trade, or technical school; United States citizens; California residents; the school to be attended need not be a California institution, however, the institution must be accredited by a regionally accredited association of schools and colleges; a 3.2 GPA or above, out of a possible 4.0; and parent or grandparent must be a Member in good standing of Clan Donnachaidh Society, Southern California Branch.
