Arts and Culture Scholarship: This program is for eligible Members or Members’ children who want to start or continue their education in the study of Scottish or Celtic Arts, Culture and History; this may include areas of study such as piping, drumming, dance, other music, language, history, art, re-enacting skills, and their cultural context.
