Criteria for the award of the scholarships: The activity must be in the furtherance of Scottish piping and drumming, Highland dancing or Scottish athletics.
applicant. Scholarship requests may be made at anytime and will be considered as they are received. Scholarship requests should indicate the activity for which the scholarship application is made. Preference will be given to candidates who at the time of the award have no intention of leaving the Spokane area, and who will therefore be able through their studies to further the Scottish cultural life of the area.
